Thanks For Family and Food

I'm thankful for family and good food.
I think I"ll put these two things together. Without family I would not have my optimistic attitude. =( As for food, cooking with others is the best. I especially like trying new things that others even though I myself am not the best of cooks.Today all of my sisters were home for Thanksgiving. With our cousins, we made 19 pies at my house: 8 pumpkin, 5 apple, 2 cherry, and 4 chocolate pies. It was fun, loud, and everyone was talking and laughing with one another. As we worked, Rachel had brought the "David Archuleta" CD, so we listened to it. I am so excited for tommorow!

Thanks For Music

I'm thankful for music.

Where would we be if the world had none? I personally, would go crazy. As I go through my days, I have found that there are songs for EVERYTHING! Weddings, Work, School, Running, Painting, Dancing(of course), Daydreaming, Sleeping, Chilling out, Playing, and the list is endless. However, each has a different message, a different... feeling or emotion. Whereas "Eternal Snow" makes me feel peaceful, "All around the World" makes me want to get up and dance. Even if I'm feeling icky inside, there is certain music that makes me happy. Oh yeah, just because someone says something is "good" that doesn't mean that I will like it. My personal favorites are ones that have a definite beat that I can sing to and yet not feel like I"m spouting garbage. Other than that, I'm not very picky as to what I listen to. Some of the music videos I like to see are in the bottom-right corner of my blog so check them out if you already haven't. =D

Brisingr

Hey! I finished Brisingr today! It was really good and I really enjoyed it.I recommend it. Well, of course I didn't like the wars and battles, but I really liked the parts where it talked about the dwarve's new king and the relationship between Saphira and Eragon. I felt bad for Murtaugh and Thorn though...everyone should have freedom of choice even if they choose to do evil.

The Rain... Or Snow?

I know, I know, I haven't written in a while, but I have been busy and I kept forgetting to get on. Ah well too late now even so, I have quite a bit to catch up on.

Lately it has been raining down here, but fortunately todya it was really nice, if not a bit chilly.
Anyway, a couple days ago there was this beautiful (but cold) rain, which turned into snow! It was really pretty though.

This down here is a picture of the strawberry plants in my backyard next to some purple flowers, and the strawberry plant's leaves had turned bright red like vines. I even put some leaves in my journal.
