Prom!
Prom was last Saturday, and I actually went! There were six people in our group, including myself and we had a good time. For our day date we went bowling, indoor golfing, then a picnic in Sunset Central park. When I got home, I was actually pretty tired so I had a short nap. Since my mom was also making dinner for the missionaries who were coming over, my mom had to alternate between helping me with my hair and dress and making dinner. Even so, I was still able to get completely ready before our company came. =) At the dance, I saw lots of people I knew, and even more that I didn't. It was amazing how many people there were kissing, and the large percentage of strapless dresses that so many girls were wearing. Even so, there were also quite a few really cute dresses that were modest as well, which made me happy. At the end of the day, they took me home and I talked to my sister and my mom about it. Over all, it was a good day! I had a good time talking with my group especially during the day.

Writing =)
Hey everyone! at least I"m consistent with my journal writing, which I can't say the same for my blogging. =) Even so, I still enjoy having my own place to write. Speaking of writing, I have gotten into it lately and trying to it more often. Last week, I happened to hear about a writing contest, and it caught my attention. So, for most of the weekend and basically any free time during school, I wrote. And wrote. It was fun! But the last day before it was due was... nerve-wracking. -_- Even so, everything worked out and I was able to get it all completed and turned in. If you want to read it, here is my story (enjoy!):
Cakes in Moonlight
Through the moonlit forest, a large, midnight blue wolf with silver-white specks that almost looked like stars on its silky fur ran swiftly through the gently waving trees. The trees began to disperse, and seeing the fortress-city, Kayke, the wolf cut across a clearing to end up near the Western entry gate. Checking for people, it then smoothly reverted into a tall, thin human form. The man wore a medium-length black trench coat with a long sleeved grey T-shirt underneath, navy blue jeans and black boots, and a long, wide, silvery scarf around his shoulders. On top of his shaggy, dark blue hair a floppy black beret with a visor covered his pointed ears, which, along with his tail, wouldn’t disappear until daylight, and underneath the stray strands of hair two bright silver eyes glowed above a small smile. After dusting himself off, Sirius Nightclaw sighed and sat down against a tree gently waving in the wind to wait for the sunrise.

Music Videos... Gone!?!?!
Hello Everyone! If you have noticed, I have moved or removed my music videos, and it is most certainly for a good reason! It seems YouTube has a pornographic virus on it, that has been spreading around. Our computer got it, which is why I haven't written in awhile, and other people's computers have gotten it too. And, if it hasn't caught your attention, all of the music videos on this site are YouTube. I don't wish to spread ANY pornography, and so until something gets done about the virus, I will discourage the use of my music videos, and hopefully I'll soon be able to return them to their rightful places.

Merry Christmas... to you
The time of car accidents in the snow, store shelves emptying, and lots of stress for presents. I'm just kidding, actually it has been a great season this year. For example, some things that makes all the difference:
- when store clerks look tired, but are still very cheerful, after all, it is Christmas!
- when you can finish all the shopping and presents you meant to before Christmas Day.
- You just found the Perfect Gift for someone
- Your whole family is home and no one argues
- the furnace is in working order
- all the decorations are glittery and work as they should
- the fireplace (if you have one) is crackling and you can just sit on the couch in big fuzzy blankets.
- the snow is falling gently outside
- you know that everyone you care about is home safely
- the nativity scenes are strewn all over, and it doesn't matter if a couple pieces are missing, because the main part is still there.
- (fill in with something you can't do without on Christmas)
However, I'm sure we all know the "Reason for the Season," and that is to "Keep Christ in Christmas" and so...
A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU ALL!!!
